Ok you guys... this sweater! Ugh I can't say enough good things about it! I wore it with a preppy style outfit a few weeks ago (this post here), I love that its so versatile! I think I like the sweater with this outfit the best because it mixes patterns and textures. I have been challenging myself to explore a bit and get outside of my safe zone of basics and statement necklaces. Lesson of the day: don't be afraid to mix studs with pebble knit... or studs with anything for that matter ;) I am a firm believer that if you are confident you can rock any outfit... its all about how you wear it.

Spoiler Alert:

I have a fun contest coming up next week with a few fun items from from my favorite local boutique, Studio 1220! Everyone that lives in San Diego should definitely know about this store, if you don't you're missing out! For those that aren't local... they're online ;) How do you guys feel about online shopping? Sometimes its hard to have confidence that items will fit right without trying on... maybe I will start to include the size I buy so that you can gauge accordingly? Let me know what you think in a comment below, I always love reading your emails and comments, keep them coming! Until next time...

Gotta love a sweatshirt that is comfy AND trendy. Loving this camo sweatshirt with the extra leather shoulder detail. I don't know if you guys agree, but sometimes certain camo prints look cheap or cheesy to me. I don't know if it has something to do with the camo pattern or just the colors, but its important to stay away from a cheap looking camo print ;-). This one I found at Studio 1220 is perfect... great colors & great detail on the leather. I also found a few other chunky bracelets from Macy's that are on sale. I couldn't find the exact one Im wearing here because I bought it forever ago, but the other ones I found are just as cute ;) The beanie is one of my favs because its one of those extra long ones so you can feel suuuuper hipster and wear it a little slouched back ;)

I was out shopping last week and came across this silly t-shirt. Fun for any casual outing ;) Let me know what you think of it! Also, I am obsessing over these leather pants lately. Guys... they are SO comfy! Usually leather pants are tight and uncomfortable, but these are super stretchy and flattering! Plus... I found an even better version of them for an even better deal at Nordstrom.com! I hope you all had a fun and safe New Years! Happy 2014!

Must Have Monday pick of the week would DEFINITELY be a tie between those J Crew pants and the Zara heels! The pants are amazing because they literally go with everything. AND they are super comfy as well. J Crew has always been one of my favorite stores, especially because their sizes usually run big so I'm always a smaller size there than anywhere else! If you haven't noticed, I'm really into tucking in the front of baggy blouses. It creates more definition in your shape and avoids the unflattering boxed look that baggy tops often bring with them. Those Zara shoes are black velvet and SO cute. Im obsessed with the little tie bows at the top and the fact that they are a heel, yet look like a bootie, I just love em ;).

I am so thankful for each and every one of you that read this blog! Your emails, comments, and overall support means so much! I have some big things planned for next year that I cant wait to tell y'all about! This will be the last post for 2013, CRAZY! I hope you all have a wonderful (safe) New Years Eve! See you all in 2014!
